Construction in general involves a lot of moving parts and pieces. It is no surprise, that the construction and maintenance industry requires a lot of collaboration. TAUC emphasizes tripartite cooperation, the bringing together at one table the contractor companies, the trade unions, and the owner-clients with a project.

Innovation is always difficult, but add in three groups with three separate goals and to change the world, we are going to need: Tripartite Innovation.
