The Industrial Grade Innovation Conference and Expo (IGI) was created by TAUC to bring owners, contractors and labor together to learn and experience how new and existing technology and innovation can be incorporated on their jobsites to make them safer, more efficient and more productive.

TAUC’s members comprise 1700+ contractor companies, employing craft personnel from 14 different International Unions in the building and construction trades including: Boilermakers, Bricklayers, Carpenters, Cement Masons, Electricians, Insulators, Ironworkers, Laborers, Operating Engineers, Painters, Pipefitters, Sheet Metal Workers, Roofers, and Teamsters.

TAUC members span many sectors of the industrial construction and maintenance industries encompassing a variety of markets, including automotive, manufacturing, utilities, chemical, natural gas and petrochemicals, pharmaceutical and steel/metals.

Industrial contractors support these industries by providing high-quality construction and maintenance services to end clients - everything from retrofitting entire assembly lines and upgrading power plants with clean energy solutions to performing crucial maintenance on complex machines and systems.
