Evaluate, prioritize and align describes how Aaron Geiger delivers continuous improvement to the Technology stack at Alberici Group as CTO. Aaron and the Alberici Technology Team hold responsibility for both Core and Operational technologies. Aaron and his team seek to enhance alignment and collaboration among colleagues while vetting and implementing technology initiatives on behalf of the enterprise and its subsidiaries. Aaron has served as part of the Alberici Executive Management Team since joining the company in 2018 and is considered a trusted advisor in the ongoing evolution of the business. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Aaron has held a CTO or CIO role in the Construction industry for the last 10 years. Aaron and wife Amber have two children. When not spending time with his family, he enjoys playing golf, watching motorsports and his first passion – Aviation. Aaron maintains several flight instructor ratings and is “wheels up” whenever he gets the chance.
Curtis Rodgers
Curtis Rodgers is a technologist and investor at Brick & Mortar Ventures — serving entrepreneurs in the construction markets of federal, energy, industrial, infrastructure, commercial, and residential. Curtis founded The Society for Construction Solutions (SCS) in 2014, contributed to the NASA Centennial 3D Printed Habitat Challenge, participated as a lecturer for the US DOE's Project Leadership Institute, and is producing a digital twin/IMAX film with ASCE Aerospace Division.
Eric Toenjes
Eric Toenjes, MBA, National Market Manager – Wireless Solutions at Graybar, is responsible for setting strategy and working with the wireless ecosystem to bring best-in-class wireless solutions to Graybar’s customers. He has over 25 years of experience in the wireless market through work with cellular carriers, system integrators and distribution providing solutions to end users and carriers alike. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and works with organizations like WIA’s HetNet Forum, OnGo Alliance and Safer Buildings Coalition to understand issues facing building owners, influence codes and help develop an understanding of business drivers behind the solutions.
John Borland
John Borland is a Major in the US Army serving as an Engineer Officer in the US Special Operation Command. He is also a currently pursuing his PhD in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Texas A&M. John's focus is on improving innovation and technology adoption in support of the command's mission. He strongly believes that relationships with innovators within the civilian sector are vital to advancing these efforts. He holds an MBA, an MS in Civil Engineering, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Matt Hedke
Matt Hedke leads the team of over 30 VDC professionals for Barton Malow Company focused on adopting and utilizing the latest technology to drive safety, quality and productivity. Matt has been in the construction industry with Barton Malow for over 21 years. Matt is responsible for overall VDC leadership and strategy for Barton Malow's growing book of business. Currently Matt acts as TAUC's Vice Chair on the innovation and technology committee.
Yasmeen Tonnos
Yasmeen Tonnos is a firm believer that if you invest in people, you will get your desired business performance results. She has focused her career on culture transformation, leadership development and supporting organizations through change management. Yasmeen is an Ernst & Young alumni and a certified coach with over 12 years experience in driving human change. Daniel Dye
Daniel Dye, a 19-year-old from Deland, Florida, is making a name for himself in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series as he drives the No. 43 truck for GMS Racing. Hailing from a background of quarter-midget racing at the nearby New Smyrna Speedway, Dye has showcased his skills in various prestigious Late Model events across the country, all while representing the No. 43.
In 2022, Dye had a successful full-time campaign in the ARCA Menards Series, finishing as the runner-up in the championship standings while driving for GMS Racing. His highly competitive season included 13 top-five finishes and 17 top-ten finishes. The previous year, Dye made six starts in the ARCA Menard Series for GMS Racing, achieving four top-ten finishes. Notably, he delivered a dominant performance at Berlin Raceway, leading 198 of 200 laps and securing a well-deserved victory.
As Dye looks ahead to 2023, he sets his sights on pursuing the Sunoco Rookie of the Year title in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Thanks to his remarkable performances in the ARCA Menards Series, he has earned the opportunity to compete on one of the biggest stages in the sport. When he is not competing in NASCAR, Dye stays active in various areas of his life. Whether it's bowling, winning races in RC cars, or training on the iRacing Simulator, he remains dedicated to improving his skills and preparing for future races.

Josh Levy
Josh Levy currently serves as the CEO of Document Crunch, a contract intelligence platform for the construction industry. With a strong leadership background and expertise in construction law, Josh co-founded Document Crunch to bring his extensive experience to the field. Throughout his career, he has worked for top-ranking construction firms and led departments with annual revenues of $1 billion.
Josh graduated with honors from the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He also holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, graduating with high honors. Rajitha Chaparala
Rajitha is passionate about AI and data analytics with extensive experience in the field over 20 years. She has built products and data analytics operations from the ground up, facilitated by data-driven business decision making.
She has an MBA in Technology Management with broad industry experience, including financial services, telecommunications, energy and SaaS.
She currently serves as the VP of Product for Data and AI at Procore, helping to transform the construction industry by increasing efficiencies and mitigating risks.
Daniel Hogan
Daniel Hogan is the Chief Executive Officer of The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC).
Prior to joining TAUC and the NMAPC, Hogan held positions at the Construction Industry Employers Association (CIEA). Hogan also staffed the Plumbing Mechanical Contractors Association (PMCA), Construction Exchange of Buffalo and Western New York, the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) of WNY, the National Certified Pipe Welders Bureau (NCPWB) of WNY, SMACNA Buffalo Chapter, New York State Roofers and Sheet Metal Contractors Association, the Niagara Frontier Subcontractors Association (NFSA) and the Construction Financial Managers Association (CFMA WNY Chapter).
As the CEO of TAUC, Hogan is dedicated to helping member union contractors increase their market share in the ultra-competitive construction and maintenance industry. He is also focused on continually increasing the value of TAUC’s portfolio of products and services for the benefit of our members and the industry as a whole, as well as educating the next generation of workers on the value of a career in the union building trades.
Bassem Hamdy
Bassem Hamdy is a construction industry veteran with over 25 years of experience. He’s a well-known pioneer in construction tech, and played an integral role in establishing an industry for project management software.
Bassem first joined CMiC in the 1990s and was successful in helping construction companies migrate their systems from paper to software. In 2015, Bassem was appointed EVP Marketing and Enterprise Strategy at Procore, a unicorn-valued, cloud-based platform for construction. As Co-Founder and CEO of Briq, Bassem has embarked on his third and greatest act in ConTech – Corporate Performance Management Software (CPM) specifically for construction finance. In June of 2021, Briq announced its Series B funding round, recording a $30 million investment, the second largest in ConTech history.
A subject matter expert on the topics of Construction Technology, Data & Analytics and emerging technologies, Bassem is a frequent national and regional conference speaker for the AGC-IT Conference, AGC Annual Convention, CFMA Annual Conference and other industry events, and has authored numerous articles for trade publications.
Dean Fresonke
Dean Fresonke is the Vice President of Channel Development at CTS. Dean manages relationships with a wide range of technology, marketing, and supplier partners to create new wireless network offerings. In addition to supporting CTS’s extensive DAS design and integration business, Dean manages partner engagements that enable enterprises to benefit from private 4G and 5G cellular networks. Prior to CTS, Dean was the founder of ClearSky Technologies, a company that pioneered wireless infrastructure as a service for mobile network operators.

Shane Moll

He has been involved with diverse projects throughout the United States in every industry the company participates in. As vice president of the company, Mr. Bruce maintains industry and political contacts to keep Bruce & Merrilees at the forefront of the industry.
