Innovators, start your engines! Start-Up Battle 2023 is about to begin. Are you ready to win $20,000 to help your start-up cross the finish line?
Executives and decision makers from across all sectors of the construction industry will be in attendance, giving competitors great access to knowledge and connection within an industry on the cusp of a generational boom.
Pairs of startups will compete in a three-round, head-to-head, single-elimination-style competition. Each round judged by investors, end-users, and industry insiders. The final winner will take home a check for $20,000 towards bringing their idea to the industry.

All IGI Start-Up Battle participants receive a no cost 6’ x 6’ booth with two no cost registrations to the Industrial Grade Innovation Conference & Expo, September 6th – 7th, Nashville, TN.
Eligibility: Start-up contestant is:
An early-stage company incorporated within the past seven years.
Currently, Pre-series A or Series A funding received no earlier than January 1, 2023.
Participating in the IGI Start-Up Battle for the first time.
Requirements
A 2-minute video explaining the problem you are solving and the merit/value of your solution.
A one sheet describing your business plan.
If selected as one of the final 8 competitors, the ability to travel to Nashville for the conference.
$99 registration fee.
